Terms of Service
1) You do NOT have the permission to sell anything you buy from me.
– I do not sell a commercial license.
2) You do NOT have the right to mint/sell/tokenize my commissions as an NFT.
3) You do NOT have the right to use my art or characters as training media for any Generative AI model or to put it into a Generative AI based auto-completion tool.
4) There are no refunds.
All sales are final after they have been paid for and I will not start work until the invoice has been paid.
– There can be exceptions to this, such as me being unable to work on your commission for whatever reason may come up, you will be notified as such.
5) I will decline your commission request if you:
– Are a new profile. (Without sign of moving.)
– Have an NFT Picture or otherwise affiliated.
– Have an association with crypto.
– Have an offensive profile.
– Have an association with Generative AI.
The wait period could be in a matter of weeks, or possibly months depending on the tier you purchased and whether I’m currently in school, which has classes from August through April.
